TOKYO, October 31, 2016- Pasona Inc. will be hosting two seminars regarding global HR departments overseas, the "Singapore HR Seminar" on Thursday, November 10th, and "USA HR Seminar" on Friday, November 18th, at the Pasona Group Building in Osaka.
The upcoming Singapore HR Seminar explains the latest employment trends of Singapore, which has been attracting attention as a place to set up headquarters to oversee ASEAN nations, as well as discussing the environment for Japanese expats, management, and training trends that arise from the nation’s diversity. And on Friday, November 18th, the USA HR Seminar will cover changes to the Exemption Rule that were introduced this May and will be put into effect this December, as well as differences between Japanese and American employment and analysis of American HR trends through case studies.
