The Pasona Group is taking on the challenge of new job creation by attracting human resources to rural areas. Establishment of Pasona Tohoku Sousei
Pasona Tohoku Sousei was established in the spring of 2015 with help from the Tohoku Future Strategy Fund.
Through training tourism, Pasona Group is contributing to industrial reconstruction in the disaster recovery zone, by providing local support for human resources and new business development.

Providing employment support in a disaster recovery zone
In response to requests from local governments in the Tohoku region, which was devastated by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami, Pasona Group employees have been working in the affected areas as "reconstruction motivators." While building relationships with local people, they have already provided support to more than 4,000 people looking for employment.
Tohoku Six-soul Festival (Tohoku Rokkon-Sai)
The Tohoku Six-soul Festival brings together traditional festivals of the six prefectures of Tohoku with a common desire to re-energize the region. Starting in Sendai in 2011, the festival has been held in successive years in Morioka, Fukushima, Yamagata, and Akita, mobilizing 1.37 million participants so far.
